1) When will my order be shipped?
After you place an order on our online store, we will ship your package as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. Please note that we only ship on weekdays and not on public holidays. If you order on the weekend or a public holiday, we will ship on the next business day. During promotional periods, shipping might take a little longer due to a high volume of orders.
2) What is the delivery cost? Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order value in Australian dollars (AUD)

| International Orders |

For international orders, we charge $40 for shipping, which includes tracking. The delivery time will depend on the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs or import duties/tax charges, and must pay all applicable fees, even if they refuse the shipment upon delivery. If the customer refuses to pay the additional fee, the package will be returned to us and the refund will be deducted by the extra shipping cost. It is important to note that taxes and duties may be charged for international orders. The customer is responsible for paying all applicable customs and import duties, taxes, and any other charges, even if they refuse the shipment upon delivery. If these charges are required, they must be paid in order for the package to clear customs, Customs authorities require that we state the value of the order on the package, and have the right to release or deny release of the package. In rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery. If the customer refuses to pay any additional fees, the package will be sent back to us and the cost of the order will be refunded, minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier. |
